We’re a community-focused, dog-friendly Victorian pub nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Balham High Street. Landlady Anna and Chef Mirko have been working hard developing the most amazing food menus, service, atmosphere and team to ensure you, our returning and new regulars, are as proud of our new pub as us.

Having been established in 1870, we’ve been a long standing pillar of the local area and the wonderful people who live nearby, for quite some time. With plenty of charity and fundraising efforts taking place, as well as fun events, epic rugby days, and legendary Sunday roasts, we’ve got something for everyone.

From modern pub classics, luxurious lunches using only the best local British ingredients our new seasonal menus are packed with exciting dishes from our passionate kitchen team. We also offer tasty vegan and allergen-free dishes, along with light bites and coffee for those busy afternoons when you’re juggling school runs with the kids.
